Areas that have been removed upon load prevent new areas from being placed in their former location #50

If you:
Define an area in code (Ie /area/test)
Use it on a map
Delete or modify the define (ie /area/test/ editied to be /area/testing)
Re-open the environment
A new window will open, telling you every instance of /area/test that was deleted.
You are now unable to place any areas ontop of where /area/test/ use to be.

I just realized #48 and #50 are the same thing.
