I made the list of completed visits clickable. Then in the select dropdown, a user can only select visits that have not been started or visits that are currently in progress. The other changes you will find in this pull request are spec modifications that were required with this reconfiguration. passing id into bootstrap table added ability to click into table and view visits select box only loads unstarted/uncompleted visits added case where you can select unstarted/incompleted visits from dropdown modified spec to pass reconfiguration deleting outside in feature specs deleted extra line

dropdown, a user can only select visits that have not been started or
