IgnoreColumns was being ignored with the updated TableExport.js so I reverted to a previous version that included the IE fixes and now the export works as expected. I opened a Issue with the TableExport plugin repository that can be viewed here: hhurz/tableExport.jquery.plugin#268. I also tested IE version 11 and the tables look normal but further testing should probably be done!
