Adds an togglable Tableau dashboard embed on the SPARCRequest homepage.
There are 2 external steps that need to be taken:
Edit the Tableau dashboard to responsively fit theWenjun made this update so that the dashboard will no longer scroll. There are some adjustments that still need to be made, but she has said that the dashboard is not finalized yet anyways.iframecontainer.Screenshot of current dashboard
Note: The blue outline is part of the dashboard, not the container. The container fits the full size of the center content of the service catalog.
