This story was straight forward besides one issue. For the respones "Survey" dropdown, the option text is only the survey's version number, with the survey name listed as the group header. Because of this, the search did not allow you to search by survey title, which was unintuitive. But, by adding a hidden span with the survey's title within each option, it allows the search to work using the title.
