1). The leading 0's in the CPT code is not displayed. Could you look into the format and see whether you could change that (screenshot 1)?

2). When the service is non-clinical and have a CPT code, it's not showing up in the report. The desired behavior is for those to be included as well (screenshots 1, 2, 3, 4)
