After getting burned a couple times by what I thought was not transparent slow shipping from the Particle Store, I found the shipping page:
https://docs.particle.io/support/support-and-fulfillment/shipping/

I think you have conflicting info here:

All packages ship out within 2 business days of the order being placed. Our shipping partner is closed in the beginning of the month, every month. Usually they open back up on the 2nd or 3rd, so please keep these dates in mind when placing orders

If I place an order right before the warehouse closes on August 31st, and they're closed on the 1st and 2nd and open back up on the 3rd, my order couldn't possibly ship within 2 business days. Is it true that all packages ship out within 2 business days?

Maybe this is off topic but I already emailed Particle Support to ask that you change "ships immediately" to "ships in 1-2 business days" in the Particle Store, and maybe add a clearer link to your shipping policies from the shipping page in the checkout flow.
