Initial commit of v12 board files

1) 0402 to 0603 resistor footprint
2) 1:1 main IC footprint
3) Re-route traces directly away from IC
4) Ver # in bottom copper
5.) Added jumper for ADD0 select (default gnd)
6.) Added mounting holes
7.) Moved all headers to same side
