While this may or may not be perfect, this should improve code quality by preventing new code that is introduced that creates tight coupling. This test is performed when make test is executed.

I avoided retrieving objc_dep in a way that make test would require an internet connection. I also added the executable bit to the objc_dep script, and a source.txt file indicating where the source came from (and didn't include the pictures that the objc_dep repo has).
