Unable to create build for local deployment after creating build for cloud deployment. #4

Steps to replicate:

  1. Clone repo.
  2. Run spatial worker codegen
  3. Switch Engine Version to UE4 build made according to the guidelines.
  4. Run spatial worker build --target=production --log_level=debug
  5. Run spatial worker build --target=development --log_level=debug

Log with error messages attached.

Restarting Visual Studio and letting it scan all files fixed the issue.
