Timeout errors in production instance #289

@kestewart reported seeing a "disconnect" error. The following messages were found in the stderr logs:

[2021-02-10 17:33:50 +0000] [9] [CRITICAL] WORKER TIMEOUT (pid:16)
[2021-02-10 17:33:52 +0000] [224] [INFO] Booting worker with pid: 224
[2021-02-10 18:00:39 +0000] [9] [CRITICAL] WORKER TIMEOUT (pid:208)
[2021-02-10 18:00:40 +0000] [228] [INFO] Booting worker with pid: 228

The errors occurred while trying to validate or translate a rather large file.
