Focusing on releasing working deliverables to the field enabled for a more comprehensive testing environment that enabled faster feedback, and eliminated the finger pointing for previous ill-informed decision making. A full release to 15 terminals was achieved in 8 months, affecting 25% of the daily package volume of the company. A two year rollout was designed, and the first year achieved 70% of company package volume.</p>

I took over a seven person team of engineers and outsourced developer teams comprised of 120 developers, to restructure the reporting, deliverables release schedule, and testing in an Agile inspired environment. Focusing on releasing working deliverables to the field enabled for a more comprehensive testing environment that enabled faster feedback, and eliminated the finger pointing for previous ill-informed decision making. A full release to 15 terminals was achieved in 8 months, affecting 25% of the daily package volume of the company. A two year rollout was designed, and the first year achieved 70% of company package volume.</p>
