This changes the button type to be 'BorderedGray' rather than 'Secondary' to be consistent with other tools in the app (WorkBench, Attachments, Queries, etc.).

This change also removes the background behind the 'add page' button, aligning with the 'icon without a button' trend observed in the Tree Viewer.
