Minor a11y improvements and small bug fixes

Checklist

  • Self-review the PR after opening it to make sure the changes look good
    and self-explanatory (or properly documented)

Testing instructions

  1. In query builder, add an "In" filter for the "Agent -> Agent Type" field - open the combo box - select multiple values - text in the options should be legible in Chrome and Firefox
  2. Open Address form directly (open a form for creating any resource, and replace table name in the URL with Address) - set "Is Primary" and "Is Checked" - clone the resource - "Is Checked" and "Is Primary" should not be checked
  3. The area in record sets where you select what is the current resource and go to next/prev resource should visually look the same as before
  4. Autocomplete on the login page should work better now (but I don't know how we can test this)
