Expected Behaviour

Go to your server url and actually see something informative!

Actual Behaviour

You get an error: Cannot GET / C'mon, user friendliness!

Proposed Solution (if any)

Implement a static no thrills no frills landing page for the server. Should contain basic information and potentially some links to plugins registered via #77.
