How to load a local model?

I downloaded the speechbrain/lang-id-voxlingua107-ecapa on local filefolder, when I run

language_id = EncoderClassifier.from_hparams(
    source="my/local/dir/lang-id-voxlingua107-ecapa"
    save_dir = "my/local/dir/lang-id-voxlingua107-ecapa"
)

it display the error

huggingface_hub.utils._errors.LocalEntryNotFoundError: An error happened while trying to locate the file on the Hub and we cannot find the requested files in the local cache. Please check your connection and try again or make sure your Internet connection is on.

I think it does not consider the local directory, but download the model from github.
