PHP Application Builder

Requirements:
-------------

PHP 5.2+
PEAR installation available from include path

Required PEAR libraries:
  Console_CommandLine
  Console_Color
  VersionControl_SVN [if project is in subversion]


Installation:
-------------

Create a phab.yml in the config directory or in your user's home directory by copying default.yml.
Edit to point to repository of desired application.


Usage:
------

phab path
Creates a new project in the given path.
Path may be relative or absolute.

You may pass a path to a config file to use instead of the default.
phab --confif=path_to_config path
