Deploy a gp cluster based on whatever cluster definition the job is running with.
In general the creation of GP clusters needs definition files that are different from the job definition files that are used by dbx.
This PR introduces an entry point so that the creation of any gp clusters can be done from a job, based on the cluster specification that the job is running with.
