Describe the bug

I don't see "Next" or "Previous" links allowing to navigate in an exhaustive way throughout our documentation at https://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/

How to Reproduce

Visit https://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/

Expected behavior

Provide "Next" and "Previous" links. This allows linear exploration of the documentation, which is big. After hitting 5 or 6 times "Next" I expect I can fall asleep easily which is good. Without "Next" or "Previous" I end-up being internally lost from having to always use the "go-back" from browser or device.

Edit: this is mainly a concern on phones or devices with small viewports. Because the navigation sidebar disappears there. In fact this is how I became aware of this after browsing on a mobile phone through various other online documentations having "next" and "previous" at bottom of pages, and then visiting https://www.sphinx-doc.org. I felt acutely the loss of the navigation possibilities on our site compared to others.
