Subject: Sphinx Tag 1.6.1 doesn't contain the fix for the bug #3754

Problem

Fix has been done in the master which is not reflecting in the Tag 1.6.1 due to which the latest changes are not reflecting under https://pypi.python.org/pypi/Sphinx

Procedure to reproduce the problem

Version conflict with Branch -> Master and Tag -> 1.6.1

Changes in master should be merged in Tag 1.6.1

Sorry, the fix will be released as 1.6.2. It's a bug of 1.6.1.
