The scenes in Design and graph view could shrink sometimes

The scenes in Design and Graph views can be expanded by dropping new items outside the scene bounding rectangle or by dragging an exising item. However, the bounding rectangle can only grow, it never shrinks. This might be an issue if a user accidentally drags an item too far or reorganizes the scene to take up a lot less space. In this case the scroll bars and the zooming functionality still regard the scene as it was at its largest and the only way to get the graphics view back on track is to restart Graph view or Toolbox (or save & reopen project).
