Set up a gcs_engine_id at https://programmablesearchengine.google.com/controlpanel/create

Add that gcs_engine_id to the SpinKube/documentation/hugo.toml file:

[params]
# Google Custom Search Engine ID. Remove or comment out to disable search.
gcs_engine_id = "TODO"

Was just about to create an issue about this. When I run the site locally, I only get results for docsy-example content, it seems.

How does the programmablesearchengine approach work? Would we configure it with spinkube.dev/* paths?
