This adds a new command to restore from wal-g backups (given a backup name and cluster id). It handles running a new wal-g container, fetching backups, and moving the restored data directory to the correct location.
It also adds some changes we discussed from the last demo (e.g monitoring by default).
Update
We currently can't merge this as it is because of an issue with our backup implementation that breaks this restore.
