I used the example docker-compose.yml to run ihatemoney but got this syntax error for the MAIL_DEFAULT_SENDER env var:

MAIL_DEFAULT_SENDER = ""Budget manager <admin@example.com>""
ihatemoney_1        | 2023-05-01T10:47:08.386388230Z                             ^^^^^^
ihatemoney_1        | 2023-05-01T10:47:08.386390330Z SyntaxError: invalid syntax
