Fixes spiral-project#848 A description is provided in project settings to make the feature self explanatory.
Let's update translation altogether.

@almet I simply removed the form entry. Since it has a default value (of no currency), it just works. However, I added a description in the project settings page, because otherwise, it's completely vague. The sentence is maybe a bit too simple. |
