splendor_data introduction

There are four parts in Splendor's dataset:

1. data_set: This contains details of the two test datasets evaluated by Splendor in the evaluation section.
2. projects: These projects contain details of the 30 cms we studied in the motivation section, as well as the awesome cms we mentioned in the rebuttal.
3. triples: Triples of database operations obtained by Splendor.
4. vuls: Information about the vulnerabilities discovered by Splendor.
