dwpage can not obtain lock

seems changes from #1019 break using dwpage. i have the same error that is in comments of that bugreport after bf00b39 was committed. the breakaga report is from same user who reported that ticket initially after he did some testing.

i tried to revert that changeset, by adding $_SERVER['REMOTE_USER'] = $this->username; back, but the error is still occurring.

please create next hotfix release and include the fix in it?
