Why is Folksable Important?

Our lives are largely driven by uninvited notifications, emails, messages from 100s of apps, rabbit holes of the internet, and those addictive doom scrolls, it's easy to get drifted in the chaos, from the minute we wake up to when we go to bed, everyone is fighting for your attention, do you have your attention?

That's why I'm building @folksable, to help people form intentional new routines & habits that become a part of them because we are what we do repeatedly.
