I am a systems engineer who is, first and foremost, about using the Internet for maximizing the people's ability to perpetuate and promote a healthier society-- in my case, I am building tools for the public concern; free, accessible VPNs for user privacy, tools for making free calls from resource constrained device to reach members of Congress from public computers, and many more in the works. These projects, unfortunately, carry a large cost to keep online and fully available, so the funds will go entirely towards platform maintenance and improving these experiences.
