 A dev returning to the work field after 10 years doing social work.
 Meet wonderful people and had really great experiences during those times.
 I love coding and enjoy solving problems, that's why I returned :)

I was introduced to Discourse(an open source discussion platform) last year, and started working with plugins which extend the functionality of the platform. I've worked with open source and proprietary code

I've become part of the Pavilion team and currently I'm in charge of maintaining Topic Ratings Plugin Post GitHub Repo, a Open Source plugin created by this amazing team also doing source control on other plugins. Pavilion Repo

Since Discourse is a really popular platform. We receive constant feature request for current plugins and to create new ones. I can invest limited time to this work, with a sponsor our time and investment with the Open Source community will improve

I also believe there is room for improvement in my work. The amazing Pavilion team gave me an opportunity. and I'm still learning a lot from them. I believe we can achieve great goals given the right support.
