Jozufozu/Flywheel@a6377b5 partially fixed #142, #166, #171, and Jozufozu/Flywheel#30

This PR is the other half of the fix, allowing Flywheel's tile entity instancing to work seamlessly with sodium's optimizations.

 - Adds helper function to filter block entities to avoid z-fighting with Flywheel
 - Adds Flywheel as a build dep

Unfortunately, your precompiled version doesn't fix the issues with create and renders chests invisible too
