quickstart fails to install on iojs due to microseconds/microtime native dep

Looks like the version of microtime (0.6.0) required by microseconds is incompatible with iojs (microtime@1.2.0 installs just fine). Microseconds is owned by @kamicane, so not sure if he's up to bumping that or not.
