When jenkins-pipeline-cf-seed pipeline as called with GIT_USE_SSH_KEY parameter set to true, the majority of the generated pipelines do not refer proper Git SSH credentials object and fail as a result of not being able to communicate with a source repository. The workaround is to manually change source control management section for all of them.
