When Undertow has access logging enabled, threads are leaked when the container is stopped #12742

The XnioWorker that's created for use by the DefaultAccessLogReceiver is never shut down so its threads are leaked.

This is a repeat of #4793. UNDERTOW-597 appears to have been addressed so we may be able to fix things properly now.
