There are two Hibernate issues which make logging fail. One is already fixed on snapshots. The second on is here: https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-12249

The final problem is that tuple element aliases are now uppercase by default. Unfortunately, this seems to be the correct way, since it is what the databases return, and we actually complained about it so this problem is due to their fix hibernate/hibernate-orm@e3cc2d7 of https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-12119
