We now offer an additional Annotation holding pivot facet values so that there's no more need to do the rather wired comma separated list thing. We've deprecated pivotFields from @facet in favor of pivots using @pivot to define pivot fields. CLA: 61520130807033621 (Francisco Spaeth) Original Pull Request: #39
