All the links in `Files' column in readme.md are broken

If you navigate your browser to https://github.com/SpringSource/spring-petclinic and click any of the links in `Files' column in readme.md file, the page is never found.

These links point to addresses similar to:
https://github.com/SpringSource/spring-petclinic/blob/master/SpringSource/spring-petclinic/blob/master/src/main/java/org/springframework/samples/petclinic/web/VetsAtomView.java

The correct address is:
https://github.com/SpringSource/spring-petclinic/blob/master/src/main/java/org/springframework/samples/petclinic/web/VetsAtomView.java

Using absolute links instead of relative should solve the issue.

My mistake: keep using relative URL but remove /SpringSource/spring-petclinic/blob/master from all URLs because it's already automatically prepended by GitHub ;-)
