Fixing spring and aspectj OSGi version ranges
spring: [3.2, 3.2) -> [3.2, 3.3)
spring-aspects 3.2.1 uses aspectj 1.7.1, therefore also bumping the apsectj range to "1.8)"

Thanks for the contribution! This has been merged into master and 3.1.x

PS: In the future please follow the contributor guidelines (i.e. ensure the commit starts with a JIRA ID). I have made this easier to find by moving to CONTRIBUTING.md so that it appears as a pull request is created. Obviously this is not a huge deal as I was able to modify the commit, but it just makes things easier and faster to be pulled in. Thanks again for the contribution!
