Removes an absolute ton of unused CSS selectors, then retrofits the color scheme with CSS properties as defined in @springload/brand by hotlinking to a (versioned) CDN mirror of the published @springload/brand package. Also now uses serif and sans-serif font-families - which I will soon upstream into @springload/brand too.

Coverage remained the same at 89.091% when pulling da3ac30 on chore/use-brand-colors into 09381c3 on master.
