Make a branch for Supercon 2019 snapshot

Please create a branch that will maintain a snapshot of the project at the end of Supercon 2019 weekend. Call it "Supercon 2019" or maybe "Version 1.0".

Then we can continue working in the main branch with updates such as:

• Fix problems that are breaking changes, such as Fix button mappings (a and b were swapped) #126
• Update had19_prod.lpf to include entries deliberately missing. (Supercon RGB LED challenge.)
• Etc...
