What steps will reproduce the problem?

I changed graphic backend to Automatic then I restarted Spyder. Spyder attempt di connect to kernel without success.
So I tried to change graphic backend and as soon as I confirm my choiche, the issue reporter window appeared.

Hey @marcolova, thanks for reporting. This is a duplicate of #15875 and it'll be solved in our next version (5.2.0), to be released next month.

In the meantime, please set the Inline backend in our Preferences and run the command %matplotlib qt in the console when you want to use interactive figures.
