Remove Kite startup splash screen when Spyder starts

Kite nagger screen is a BUG as far as I am concerned.

There is no checkbox to permanently disable the Spyder Startup "Nagger" Screen for Kite.

Please add a way to get rid of this forever. I've seen it too many times.

Where do I disable this permanently ?

Please post instructions to eliminate it !!

We decided to address this in our next version (5.2.1). So, when you update to it, you won't see that dialog anymore.
