Release Spyder 5.4.2

An issue to follow up Spyder 5.4.2 release.

New dependencies or version requirements updates:

• spyder-kernels to 2.4.2 (pending release)
• python-lsp-server to 1.7.1 (pending release)
• Check potential contraints lossening for qdarkstyle

Other things:

• Fix issues caused due to mamba 1.1.0 on CI and dot code completion changes (see PR PR: Introduce completions correctly for autocompletion characters and improve file completions (Editor) #20350)
• Fix issue caused due to recent Pyzmq 25 release on the IPython console (probably on jupyter-client? See TypeError: object list can't be used in 'await' expression with PyZMQ 25 #20359 )
  • Potential fix at Make Qtconsole work with PyZMQ 25 jupyter/jupyter_client#914
• Merge new translations from Crowdin (some arrived during the last few weeks).
• Constraint PyZMQ to be less than version 25 in our Windows and Mac installers to avoid potential issues with it.

One potential thing to consider adding or opening an issue for: relaxing the pin on qdarkstyle -- see conda-forge/spyder-feedstock#141 (conda-forge appears to just follow the pin in 5.x and master)

Yeah, we have a lot of customizations on top of qdarkstyle and we have to carefully review if new versions don't break the Spyder UI. I'll take a look at that for 5.4.2 too then.

Sorry guys but updating qdarkstyle proved to be a bit harder than I thought, so I'm afraid we won't be able to do it for this release. However, we'll take a look at it for 5.4.3.
