Adds a optional dependency (
openpyxl) to handle Excel files withpandasto the Windows installer that comes withpandas. Also addsdefusedxmlfollowing theopenpyxlsecurity warning: https://openpyxl.readthedocs.io/en/stable/#securityIssue(s) Resolved
