SQE attempts to provide first-class NetBeans IDE integration for different software quality tools.

Getting SQE

A new version of SQE for Netbeans IDE 8.1 will be available in netbeans plugin portal soon (Java 8 required).

Features

Currently the following tools are supported:

• FindBugs
• PMD
• Checkstyle

IDE integration features:

• Per-project configuration of tools using custom project customizer panels
• Scan on save / compile
• Editor hints / quick fixes

IDE project supported:

• Java SE
• Free-form ("...with existing Ant script")

• Gradle
