The most updated version of backwords! Here is what's been added/improved
UI/Mobile Layout
The pages have been vastly overhauled, especially the mobile version. The orginal did not support mobile well (if it all), and now it has all elements respond dynamically to the browsers size. The bare minimum for web design, wow!
Cookies
Added in little browser bites to store guesses, streak and day counts, and if the player had already guessed correctly for the day. This not only prevented people from cheating their scores, but allowed users to return to the app without being forced to replay on every load.
Streaks
Added streaks for players returning and guessing everyday. Each streak is different for the first 10 days, slowly progressing off of the previous day. The streaks eencourage players to return and share their score cards.
Images/Phrases
Slight tweaks to the image generations and word data sets. We added more desciptional vectors to image prompts (e.g "as a polaroid picture", "paited by salvador dalie", "4k award winning UHD photograph"). These additional descriptions made images far more readable and varied, the exact combo needed for the game. Also looked into a larger word dataset (currently still processing)
Users
User acquistion is now the main focus. We want players! We are begginning to advertise and we can't wait to see how it goes! Possibly going to make a stats page at one point.
