SQLAlchemy connection issue ('ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'MySQLdb'')

The pip install sqlalchemy and pip install pymysql statements have been executed
This error still occurs

this all works on Linux (#5714 (comment)). i think that you should do your time, try to do it on your machine, and report back here what and how you've done
