Add Nvidia driver Flatcar compatibility matrix

With Nvidia not supporting the later Flatcar kernels #18 I wonder if it'd be useful to create a best effort compatibility matrix (I only know one though):

Yes 👍 i would love to see such a table. I'm happy to merge a PR to the docs

It might still be cool to have a list of NVIDIA versions that are known to successfully compile on Linux, since not all work well.

We could put all of these in a CI matrix and move CI to github actions. This would be really great.
