Added ability to remove any chrome extension by id

No Admin

Added options when the program is not running as an administrator.
Options available under normal user:

• Delete LanSchool Chrome Extension
• Set Chrome Extension permission to deny All
• Launch Windows explorer to a specific path

Basic Feature Release

This Release contains basic feature to disable the control that lanschool have over the student computer such as: Deleting LanSchool Chrome extensions; Suspending LanSchool student, Terminating LanSchool student and Launching windows explorer to a specific path;
