修改了配置文件处理逻辑：默认配置文件目录为
~/.mdcx，即macOS用户目录下的.mdcx，比如/Users/name/.mdcx。MDCx读取的MDCx.config固定在该目录下。配置文件目录一样可以修改，也建议用户修改，以后覆盖更新APP，不需要再设置配置文件目录。P.S. 这个修改只针对macOS系统。workflows/Release是一个demo，毕竟不是我在维护mdcx，具体的自动化逻辑也劳烦作者去完善。
